Directions to RiverCourt Residences:
From Route 495 (Approximately 10 Miles)
· Take Exit 31 ( Groton-Littleton) To Rte 119W toward Groton.
· You will pass a CVS pharmacy on your left and then a Mobil gas station on your left as you start to enter Groton Center.
· After the Groton Town hall on your left-bear left on to Rte 225/Rte111 West.
· Go past the Groton Police and EMS station on the left.
· Continue on Rte 225/Rte 111S bearing left at triangle.
· Take your next right on to Rte 225- (sign states Rte 225 W.Groton/Lunenburg).
· Pass the Groton Nursery on your left, Groton Senior Center on your right then Blood Farm on your left (2 miles).
· Once you pass the Fire Station on your left you will see a brick house in front of you.
· The entrance to RiverCourt Residences is on your left in front of the brick house.
· Follow the driveway to the mill, drive through the building underpass. The main entrance to RiverCourt is on your right.
· There is a visitor and handicapped parking on your right, past the entrance.
From Route 2 (Approximately 8.5 miles)
· Take Exit 38B (Ayer/Groton) Rts 110E/111N to Rotary (2 miles)
· Take Rts 2A/111N (Ayer/Groton) through center of Ayer.
· Across from the Mobil station in Ayer center, take right on 2A/111 north (towards Groton)
· Continue on Rte 111 North-bear to the right of Tiny’s Restaurant (2A goes to the left).
· Pass Groton School on your left.
· Turn left on Rte 225 (rte 225 W. Groton/Lunenburg).
· Pass Groton Nursery on left, Groton Senior Center on right, Blood Farm on left (2 miles).
