The Reflections Program is designed for individuals with Alzheimer's disease or other memory disorders. The program uses the Alzheimer's Association's Habilitation Model, which takes a person-centered approach to care to create positive emotions and enhance self-esteem. The goal is to create comfortable and pleasant day experiences. This is accomplished through a focus on multi-sensory and failure-free activities. RiverCourt also offers a support group for families of residents with Alzheimer's disease or other memory disorders, as well as a support group for the community-at-large. Our compassionate and caring staff provide a warm, homelike environment that enriches quality of life for seniors living with Alzheimer's and memory disorders.
RiverCourt Residences also offers The Pathways Memory Care Program to the surrounding communities of Littleton, Townsend, Harvard, Ayer, Westford, Chelmsford, Boxboro, Lunenburg, Carlisle, Maynard, Pepperell, Dunstable, Leominster, Shirley, Stow, Acton and Concord.
