Connections Physical Therapy is excited to be joining the RiverCourt Residence community in providing on-site, outpatient physical therapy services! Connections Physical Therapy accepts all major insurances including Medicare and will assist with verifying your benefits for outpatient PT.
Starting in November, Dr. Brittany Von Oldenburg PT, DPT will be at RiverCourt Residences on Mondays and Wednesdays. Brittany has experience working with all ages and diagnoses with a passion for working on fall risk, general strengthening, and balance training.
Connections has 17 locations throughout Massachusetts, including providing services at Fox Hill Village in Westwood, MA. Connections provides one-to-one care for 45-minutes appointments. That means you’ll have Brittany’s undivided attention for the whole sessions, ensuring a safe and effective program specialized for you!

Will my insurance cover this?
Connections accepts all major insurances and will work with you to determine any out-of-pocket expenses. For patients with Medicare and a secondary, there is often no out-of-pocket expense.
Is this different from home physical therapy?
Yes! Connections is a Medicare B provider so when you are discharged from home services, you are then eligible to be seen by Connections PT.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Call the number below and you will speak with Lisa. Lisa works in the clinic in Pepperell and will ask you for the necessary information to schedule an evaluation. You can also email and Connections will contact you directly.
Where will Connections be providing services?
Connections will be using the fitness center Mondays and Wednesdays.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
Not necessarily. If you are interested in PT, call Connections and they will determine if your insurance requires a referral from your primary care physician.
