Kayla is our community assistant, helping residents and staff wherever needed! Although Kayla has only been at RiverCourt a short time, she has shined from day 1 with her dedication to our residents and creativity in her crafts. We are so grateful to have her on our team and look forward to her ideas in the New Year!

December Employee of the Month
Dash Gunn, Server
Dash started working at RiverCourt Residences in 2022 and quickly became one of our best servers! He knows all of our resident’s favorite treats & makes sure to put things aside for them, just to see them smile. He always goes above and beyond for our residents. Dash recently graduated from high school and has picked up more morning shifts with us. I am constantly receiving compliments from all our residents and staff as to how wonderful Dash is. He is hardworking, caring, helpful and just a joy to have on our team! I couldn’t think of anyone more deserving for employee of the month.

November Employee of the Month
Daryl Eli, Life Enrichment Assistant
Daryl has been with RiverCourt Residences since January of this year as a per diem Life Enrichment Assistant in our Reflections Memory Care Community. Daryl is always available when needed and performs well when running activity programs. He is enthusiastic and comes up with fun things for our residents to do on the spot. Daryl also jumps in to offer help with other departments during mealtimes. It is a pleasure having Daryl on the Reflections Staff team.

Esther Asare, Resident Assistant
Esther Asare joined our team as a Reflections Resident Assistant back in February of 2021. Since then, she has shown her dedication, reliability, patience, and compassion as a caregiver. She brings a calm presence and a warm smile with her every day to work, and we are so grateful for it!

John Cronin, Dishwasher
John has worked in the kitchen for a year as our dishwasher. He has a positive attitude and always comes in with a smile on his face. He loves to help with each part of the behind the scenes work that goes into the preparation of our day. He cuts up all the salad bar prep, keeps our dish area clean and running smoothly. Always jumps in to help our servers with their side work and has taken over training of new dishwashers. We are very lucky to have someone so caring of our residents and staff.

Deborah Thrush, Activities Director
We are delighted to shine a spotlight on Deborah Thrush, the dedicated Director of Activities at RiverCourt Residences. With over 25 years of experience in skilled nursing and assisted living settings, Deborah is a seasoned professional who brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role. Deborah’s commitment to enhancing the lives of residents through engaging activities and entertainment is truly commendable. Her creative approach, personalized care, and unwavering dedication have made her an invaluable asset to the RiverCourt Residences community.

Lisa Barton-Ramos, LPN- Wellness Nurse
Lisa joined our team in February of this year as a full-time nurse on our overnight shift. She demonstrates incredible work ethic, compassion, nursing judgement, and kindness! In just her six months here, she has made such a positive impact in our community. We are so grateful to have her on our team!

Chris Remick joined our culinary team here at RiverCourt in November 2023 as our new dinner Chef. He has brought his creative skills to help build onto our dinner menus & daily socials. Chris is hardworking and loves to help out with monthly events hosted at RiverCourt. He takes the time to learn each & every residents dietary needs as well as some of their favorite snacks and desserts!

Danielle started with us as a Wellness Nurse back in 2017, and she has been an incredible asset to our nursing team ever since. Danielle started as our first overnight nurse back in November and she remains working full-time on that shift. Danielle always demonstrates compassion, empathy, dependability, and is an all-around amazing nurse! We are so grateful to have her on our team!

Rebecca Goes has been working with us since she was 14 years old and has grown into a wonderful addition to our team! Always ready to lend a hand, she goes the extra mile for both residents and staff. Recently promoted to lead server, Becca ensures top-notch dining experiences for our residents each and every day!
